I used to forget and slip and make a fool of myself over and over. But then I began to train myself using short little reminders that I called One Liners.
I would repeat them to myself. I put them on signs on the wall at work and at home. I would put them on cards in my car. I even wrote one on the back of my hand. I considered tatoos.
