Bacon Stuffing (Turkey Breast)
3 cups bread crumbs
4 strips of bacon (cut fine, 3 if thick bacon)
1 lemon rind
1 egg beaten
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Mix and add water very slowly until can make balls

Foamy Sauce
3 eggs well beaten
3/4 cup of powdered sugar
1 cup whipped cream
Mix and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Molasses Steamed Pudding
Sift together
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
3 teaspoons of sugar
Mix in this order
1 egg beaten
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1/2 cup of molasses
1 cup of boiling water
Add liquid to dry, slowly mixing well. Leave lumps.
Pour into well greased mold – 2/3 filled.
Steam 1 hour.
Sausage Ketchup Cookup
1 pound or more of pork sausage meat
1 7-oz package of quick cooking macaroni
1 cup ketchup
1 Tbls. sugar
Cook the meat over a low heat; stir so it cooks evenly. Cook macaroni separately while stirring meat. When meat is thoroughly cooked and no pink left, drain fat. Drain water from macaroni and add macaroni, ketchup and sugar to meat.
